The Emergency First Response CPR & AED course teaches the basic principles of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and how to use an Automated External Defibrillation (AED) in an emergency situation.

This life-saving device can increase a patient’s chance of survival by 50%. The course designed to help participants remember the emergency care procedures and encourage them to apply those procedures. The course focuses on giving care through a combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice.

Emergency First Response Secondary Care covers injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life threatening. Participants focus on secondary assessment and first aid through knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice. Included is a first aid treatment reference for emergencies like Burns, First Aid Kit Assembly, Heat Exhaustion, Heat Stroke and many more.

The Emergency First Response AED course teaches how to use an Automated External Defibrillation (AED) in an emergency situation. This life saving device can increase a patient’s chance of survival from a cardiac arrest by fifty percent. The course focuses on giving care through a combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice.

The Emergency First Response Care for Children course teaches people how to provide emergency care for injured or ill children and infants. By introducing knowledge and skills in simple steps, participants find it easy to remember and use appropriate emergency care procedures when faced with a child in need. The well-being of children is the primary focus of this course and is designed for those that work with children or are likely to have to respond to child emergencies. The course includes both primary care and secondary care skills for infant and child.

First aid with emergency oxygen is useful or necessary as a treatment for many injuries, diseases and intoxications that interfere with oxygen reaching the blood or tissues. Along with the availability of oxygen at dive sites, first responders must know how to provide oxygen in an emergency.
