PADI OWSI Instructor

Dive Division, an island-wide dive network located on the stunning Caribbean Island of Curaçao, is seeking full-time PADI Instructors for our 5* PADI dive center(s). Curaçao is known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, vibrant coral reefs, abundant marine life, and year-round perfect diving conditions: making it a paradise for all level divers.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated instructors who love teaching, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a team environment. You should be passionate about sharing the wonders of the underwater world with divers of all levels, from beginners to advanced, and committed to providing a safe, fun, and memorable diving experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach and guide PADI dive courses and programs from Open Water to Divemaster according to PADI standards
- Lead shore, boat, night dives, DSDs, and snorkel tours for unforgettable experiences
- Make every guest’s holiday unforgettable while promoting sustainable diving
- Maintain an active PADI teaching status and be up to date with PADI standards
- Ensure the safety of guests, divers, and snorkelers at all times
- Support daily operations, including bookings, sales, and general dive center tasks
Must Have
- Certified PADI OWSI Instructor or higher
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for teaching and sharing the joy of diving
- Fluent in English
- Dutch or American passport (required due to migration rules)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch, Spanish or Papiamentu
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Advanced PADI certifications
- Experience in equipment maintenance
